|Recommended: YesFor the price and location, it's pretty good. — It's clean, comfy, and affordable. The only downsides are it's incredibly small kitchen has a good stove, but the counter is only about a foot long. There is also very little storage , thin walls I can hear clearly what my neighbors are saying , and the train every 3 hours, even at night, you hear aggressive honking because the apartment is less than a few blocks from the crossing site . Overall, the management seems nice and work-orders are filled quickly.

|Recommended: YesThe staff Renonna in particular is AMAZING, she speaks to me with kindness regardless of what day she's having, when I don't understand something she is NEVER frustrated she make sure I get the answer Thank You. — The office responses to your calls, no loud music, no drugs, Maintenance Request is professional, the grounds stay clean nice it's home. The staff is professional the world is so computerize but Green Leaf Management is real people with true feelings it brings life back to the good old days real people I am very Thankful.
