|Recommended: YesLively Community and Excellent Mission — This apartment complex is quite honestly a dream come true. All of our neighbors are friendly and welcoming, there's a community garden that we can be involved with in multiple ways, and the location in Atlanta is ideal. The people who work here are incredibly committed to their role in supporting the mission of this complex and respond quickly with full answers, and are extremely competent. The expectations of living here are clear and concise and allow us to make it our own space. 10 10 would recommend

|Recommended: YesThis is a great community . — The price is a bit high, needs a onsite Laundromat but the neighbors are cool and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
We do have newly renovated apartments with new appliances and washer and dryer hookups. Maby you might consider transferring upon renewal. Until then there is a laundry make just feets away walking distance right next door to the property. Thank you for your review.

|Recommended: YesCalm and nice neighborhood — It’s not bad at all they are renovating almost every apartment and they look great on the inside. Neighbors keep to themselves and are very kind. The staff here is actually super nice especially the maintenance man he’s here just about everyday and will fix any and everything as fast as 24 hours after the request.

|Recommended: YesVery peaceful. — The Fairway community that I saw from the tour I took with a resident through the complex and the farm had me excited about living on the property. I never have seen an apartment complex that you could actually farm for fresh produce and I feel that in times like now that is very important considering a crisis where there could be a shortage of food or just to be able to have fresh produce in general. It gives me a little bit of home when I'm missing my parents or grandparents farm in SC. I think we need more of that in our communities, period.

|Recommended: YesNice neighborhood — People have respect for each other, grounds are clean and everyone is nice and minds their buisness. 17 cameras on the property provide peace of mind due to the area. It's a nice place, although noisy ay times.
