|Recommended: YesHelpful staff, speedy maintenance, ample parking, bad design and fixtures — The apartments are affordable, in a great location, and there are many pluses to living here. We never have trouble parking, where there is green space, it is used well by the community flower beds etc are pretty , and our apartment is relatively private. The maintenance team also does a great job at speedily completing work orders. Rent payment and submission of most forms is all online and super convenient. However, there could be more green outside lots of empty patches of dirt clay and unmaintained brick walls curbs , and the fixtures in the interior are probably the worst aspect of the apartments wonky outlet covers, sinks and cupboards painted over quite carelessly, and visible damage to older kitchen bathroom units . We have also dealt with a pretty significant roach problem. Also, the application process during Covid caused a lot of problems. Applications could be e-signed, but we could not e-sign a lease and had to go to Office Depot to print scan. The only way to hold a unit was to sign a lease, and we were not able to actually view the apartment before this obviously not ideal . But the property management team did do a good job to account for this by sending us videos and answering our questions. Overall we are quite happy with our apartment and what the complex has to offer.

|Recommended: YesThe people and the location are nice. — I love living here, but my only problems are the neighbors can be heard through the floor, the doors, and the windows when they are in these locations, there isn't a dishwasher in my unit when other units for the same price have dishwashers, and lastly, there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. Other than these small issues, this is a nice place to live. The rent is cheap enough, the community is friendly and doesn't cause problems other than being loud sometimes, and the units are nice inside and stay warm cold. Water also works great.
