|Recommended: YesLived there for 4 years. It was brand new when I moved it so that was a plus. Close to work, expressway, downtown and reasonably priced. The cons were parking.

|Recommended: YesMy new home — I love my new apartment so far The best part about this living space is that it looked exactly like the pictures so I had no issues when doing my walk through inspection. The only downside is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations and I can also tell that the previous tenant owned some kind of animal. Other than that, I can definitely say I am loving the community.

|Recommended: YesThe property is fine for short-term living. — The units are good for the cost Perfect for 1 to 2 people which is best because you can't have anyone stay over or park after hours or they get booted. The appliances could be updated some but otherwise the units are clean and updated
|Recommended: YesI feel at home — I really like living here. This is the best apartment I've ever rented. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors a little too well, but they normally follow the quiet time hours so it doesn't disrupt my sleep. The Maintenance staff are amazingly fast when responding to a work order and they leave a note explaining when they were there and what they did. The staff try really hard to make it feel like you are part of a community and they care a lot about making sure we have a good experience here.
