|Recommended: YesSolid Spot — Great location, and not a terrible price. Inside of unit is remodeled, and is pretty nice. Maintenance and the other staff are why this place rocks. Hopped right on my work order, and Elle was fantastic during the leasing and move in process.

|Recommended: YesI think it’s the best bang for your buck in the area. — I’ve enjoyed it so far. There is a little bit of tricky communication at times, and there’s a few spots that could use some extra love but overall it’s very clean and tidy and the neighborhood is nice.

|Recommended: YesReview — Everything seems in order in this unit, no obvious problems. The is slightly less available parking than there was in 2462, but its not a long walk between parking lots. Generally, the noise level is pretty standard for city living, and the neighbors are lovely.
