1494 Memorial Drive
Located a few miles from Downtown Atlanta and with easy access to Interstate 20, Eastside Crossing Apartments was completely remodeled in 2017. This community has all new interior structural upgrades. We are a pet-friendly community that is located within walking distance of the off-leash dog park at Walker Park. We are a short drive to Target, Kroger, Lowes, and plenty of the in-town night spots in Virginia Highlands and East Atlanta Village. In addition, this community is home to our Urban Farm Program where residents can sign up for free to have produced delivered to them. All produce is harvested from the on-site Community Farm. Stop by today and see for yourself why Eastside Crossing is the best place to live!

|Recommended: YesMixed — I love the ground and garden. I think some times the maintenance requests can be complete a little half heartedly. Parking is definitely the most annoying part. Especially sense where I live is not easily accessible so I end up walking further than I need to get to my apartment.
|Recommended: YesNicely-renovated Quiet, Friendly — Just moving in, I have a friend here who has introduced me to some of the neighbors. I look forward to the sense of community
|Recommended: YesThe most amazing community to be a part of — Where to start I've been a resident for over a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the community and management. The management is so responsive I've never had major maintenance issues in my unit but when it comes to those minor maintenance requests- the team is so responsive and quick to fix. Having the farm on the property is unlike any other community apartment experience I've had. I've met so many great people and the seasonal harvest bags are incredible My neighbors are so friendly and respectful. Trust me when I say this will be the best apartment experience you've ever had
|Recommended: YesAMAZING — Greenleaf is the absolute best property management team. We love our home and want to stay as long as we can The community garden is such an amazing additional Christa does a wonderful job at managing the agrihood She's truly a great asset to the Greanleaf team. Parking is limited, but that doesn't become a problem very often. I think we've only had to park away from our building once or twice since we've been here. It's an older building so it's to be expected that you can hear your neighbors occasionally, it doesn't bother us though because we knew that would happen. They're very pet friendly which was one of the reasons we decided to move here, our fur babies are a part of our family.
In the beginning we had a problem with out air conditioner and maintenance came out on a Saturday to fix it. We were so thankful for that because GA summers are brutal. The maintenance team have always been so friendly and helpful. Yessica and the rest of the property management team are wonderful Thank you for all that you do and every member of the Greenleaf team for making 1494 feel like home.

|Recommended: YesI'm so lucky I got to move here — I absolutely LOVE the property, the new renovations make the units look really modern and sleek, and I love having access to a patio.
I've yet been able to get a harvest from the communal garden, but it's so nice having the large green space too
|Recommended: YesOutstanding Customer Service — Hi
I just wanted to quickly reach out to give kudos to Anna for her outstanding work at the resident dinner last week. I keep hearing again and again from the residents that they have never lived in an apartment complex that felt like a community before and that is largely due to the work that Anna and her team does.
ALSO, Alex maintenance helped with something in my apartment and was kind and professional. Which is all that you can hope for when someone comes into your home.
Best,
Arielle Sanders
