|Recommended: YesAwesome — It’s a quiet neighborhood, everyone is very friendly, and the weekly neighborhood harvests are a wonderful added bonus. Common areas are kept clean and everything in the apartment has worked well since we moved in.

|Recommended: YesConvenient and safe — I love the location and price, the gate makes me feel safe, and the management and maintenance teams are very attentive. However, I don t like that they don t offer recycling, there is always a lot of trash in the lot (mostly cigarette butts and construction debris), and the walls are very thin.
