|Recommended: YesIts is safe, convenient and reasonably priced for the area. — It's good. I love the location and gate building having a code makes me feel safe. The price amenities are reasonable for the area. The actual unit is decent, if it had been maintained better in between renters, it would be much nicer walls molding cleaned before painting taping before painting so it didn't get on the floor molding . Overall, with some updates easy to fix details this place would be close to perfect.

|Recommended: YesThe property is nice and clean, but... — I really like the apartment complex, but the driveway parking lot has too many trees in the way. It is a hazard when storms come through and the win blows branches down on power lines as well as roofs. On the right side where I usually park, there is a big tree obstructing a portion of the street, so cars have to park on the side of it which takes them closer to other cars and poses a problem for them to be hit. If there was a way to cut down the major trees somehow, that would be great.
Also, too many visitors park here at night and on the weekend or events. This means I cannot find a spot and have to park a few blocks away which is absurd because I pay good money it's pretty expensive to live here as it is to live and park here and if I can't find a spot while visitors park here for free, it angers me to no end.
Other than that, I don't have any complaints. I never complained about living somewhere my whole life until I moved down south. Sorry, I know it's frustrating and some of my issues are out of your control, but changing the gate code doesn't really work because people will tell their friends anyway. I will admit that the parking has been a little better for a few weeks now and I appreciate that. So, thank you. I hope it stays that way.

The security is outstanding. I am very satisfied with the communication I get from management and the maintenance man is awesome, and loves my dog. I couldn't be happier.
