The management and staff are always pleasant and working hard to ensure a safe and clean environment. Whenever an issue arise, they are on it. They are close to the city, the highway, and MARTA. He’s thorough - really knows what he’s doing is committed to solving any issues expeditiously — It’s a beautiful environment, very quiet. It isn’t luxurious but it isn’t rotten. Great and welcoming neighbors. Maintenance team is diligent and thorough.

My only and biggest gripe with the property is the driveway and parking areas. Riddled with potholes its actually ridiculous. I would hope someone would remedy this asap, I wouldn't want to renew unless they do.

The floors are extremely squeaky and that bothers me so much. It just needs to be updated and a new road and a updated or cleaner laundry room. The mailboxes also need work. My key doesn’t even need to be used. Also it would be nice to put something for the kids to play on. Like a little play area park . We have a lot of kids here and they are always in the streets.

submitted by CARLETHIA W. - |Recommended: YesThe Property at Westside Crossing — Westside Crossing has its pro, cons the property staff is very attentive to your needs and concerns, however the parking is horrible. high demands of assigning the spots that commandant's the needs of the Residents, the improvements of the grounds can give a better view than the wooded area , dishwashers can be installed, light fixer in living room is high demand installing. overall its home. I truly admire Alex for her loyalty to the company. she always have a open ear to your every need. Other than the small adjustments the community is quiet ,neighbors are friendly polite and look out for each other.
