Apartments are well maintained As soon as I put in a work order it’s handled right away The office manager and maintenance man is doing a great job inside and outside of the apartments Also they are very understanding and help their tenants as much as they can to keep a smile on their faces and meet their needs

|Recommended: YesWe waited to give a review until we were settled and had time to get to know the place. So far it is wonderful. Everyone is so nice. My neighbor noticed I had a flat and immediately came to tell me and offered to even change my tire Anyone you pass, they are polite. They do keep to themselves. As stated in other reviews.. downside is you can hear everything in the apartment next door. But being there a few months we don’t even notice anymore. Management is wonderful and goes out of their way. Even bought my son a Christmas present We were shocked because no one has ever done that. Maintenance is super nice. Always offering to help as needed. Haven’t had to request anything, meaning everything works great for us so far We are definitely happy with our choice to live here
