|Recommended: YesMy review — I’ve lived here for almost a year. I’ve had an overall good experience. Management and maintenance are highly professional and always helpful. The negatives is the fact that you can hear your neighbors regular voice conversations. We are close to the Hampton station and the swamp rabbit trail, which is a huge plus. The granite counter tops in the kitchen are a beautiful touch. The appliances are nice as well and I’ve never had an issue. The only major negative thing is that you can hear everything from your neighbors.
|Recommended: YesThe Grove — I can say a month being here it has been calm and peaceful. The staff have solved issues very quickly for us. Only thing I don’t like is that I would love if the office was open to speak with people in person like at other apt complexes. I feel that you can still have a mask and be 6ft apart. It’s just so much more convenient instead of having to wait on a call back and or email.

|Recommended: YesThe Grove is a great place to call home — I moved here last month from another town and The Grove staff helped me through my move. The community is clean,safe, and Pet friendly. The Grove is a two story townhouse Apt . 1-3 beds and washer dryer hookup in unit as well as a laundry room on site. If you are new to Greenville and looking to settle, I recommend The Grove
