The Grove Apartments

Cedar Grove Apartments is located in the Water Tower District of Greenville, which is undergoing a tremendous amount of redevelopment and growth. The property has direct access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Hampton Station, and the Swamp Rabbit Café & Grocery. The Swamp Rabbit Trail is a 22-mile multi-use greenway that connects NW Greenville to the downtown area, traversing the Reedy River, an old railroad corridor, and city parks along the way. Very similar to Atlanta’s BeltLine – the Swamp Rabbit Trail connects communities and has led to the vitalization of the surrounding area. Hampton Station, at the heart of this developing area, is a collaborative community of creative local businesses providing a place to work, shop, exercise, eat and drink. With recent upgrades that include the restructure of the interiors, we invite you to stop by for a tour.

I had an issue with a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning and maintenance came in within an hour of me putting in a request and made sure to fix the toilet which was actually quite difficult. 10 out of 10 would recommend

The location is great because your close enough to just about anything you might need. A few down sides to living here is that the walls are so thin that I can literally hear my neighbors thoughts. The stairs make so much noise when going up and down them. As for the layout of the apartment I am a little disappointed that there are little to no overhead lights and very limited storage space. On several occasions when leaving for work I've noticed homeless people dumpster diving so that makes me feel a little uncomfortable leaving my apartment unattended. Over all the Grove is a decent place to live, very affordable but still has a lot of opportunity to grow.

submitted by Stephanie B. - |Recommended: YesFrom a house to a home — I love how calm it is. All of my neighbors are friendly when we pass, but they keep to themselves otherwise. It’s nice not to be awoken by yelling or loud music or car alarms. It seems we share the same goal Work, pay your bills, and let your apartment be Home- a safe haven, the place you relax and restore.
